Concept
Integrating with green and blue in the purity of white, apartments opened their doors for very special use in Denizli.
Flora Park Residences designed by Urhan Gayrimenkul Yatirim produce a whole in original interior and exterior spaces. Evaluating the landscape as an important part of the landscape, the project was emphasized by 5 blocks shaped by the harmony of modern and classical.
Living in green and white with blue, the design offers a combined and active space as well as being privileged with its central courtyard arrangement as well as city and mountain views.
Flora Park Residences, which enhances comfort with its layout and not benefiting from the use of the sun, allocates 80% of its 12 thousand square meter total land to social and green areas. In the project, which takes education from the parking lot, direction is provided to the indoor parking floors. The flats become even more useful with the special storage facility in the basements of the blocks for each flat.
