Property Turkey Istanbul is a licensed real estate company specialising in high-quality luxury residences and villas in Istanbul and Bodrum in Türkiye, and Miami in the United States. It was founded by Ahmet Bayram and Alena Bayram.
The company provides unique and exclusive property portfolios to both local and foreign buyers and sellers, specialising in residential and commercial real estate with a particular focus on large family homes, penthouses and luxury business space surrounded by the sea and the Bosphorus.
Its staff handle every aspect of a sale — from applying to the Turkish Citizenship Programme through to connecting utilities, leasing and managing the property afterwards. Under the slogan “Live in Luxury”, the company prioritises client satisfaction over transaction volume.
